Sophie’s love of travel began a decade ago when she set out on a year-long solo journey across twelve countries and five continents. Along the way, she developed a deep appreciation for the places and experiences that live just beyond the obvious -the quiet corners, remarkable stays, and off-script moments that often become the most meaningful parts of a trip.

Today, she curates boutique, thoughtfully paced journeys for travelers who care as much about where they stay as what they do. Her itineraries balance exceptional hotels, immersive local experiences, and the freedom to discover a destination at a slower, more intentional rhythm - often uncovering places that still feel like a secret.

OUR STORY

Off Script is the culmination of more than a decade spent planning journeys around the globe, from early backpacking adventures to thoughtfully designed, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

What began as a love of getting lost in new places has evolved into a deeper appreciation for what makes travel truly memorable. It's the small guesthouse you almost overlooked, the long lunch that turns into an afternoon, the local recommendation that leads you somewhere unexpected, or a hotel so special that staying in becomes the highlight you’re still thinking about months later. Above all, it's the feeling of connecting more deeply with a place, its people, and those you're traveling with.

Over time, my approach to travel has changed, but the things I value most have stayed the same: a strong sense of place, meaningful connection, and the feeling of discovering somewhere beyond the obvious. I've come to believe that the best trips aren't necessarily the ones that fit the most in, but the ones that strike the right balance between thoughtful planning and the freedom to let a place surprise you.

Off Script was created to bring that philosophy to the way others travel. Combining a love of design, a curiosity for local culture, and an eye for the details that make a difference, we create journeys that feel personal, considered, and distinctly your own, with space for the experiences and connections that stay with you long after you return home.
