A thoughtfully planned trip involves far more than booking a beautiful hotel. Working with a travel advisor gives you an expert in your corner to navigate the countless decisions and details that go into creating a seamless experience.
Beyond saving you hours of research and planning, we help you determine what is actually worth your time and investment, connect you with trusted properties, experiences and locals, anticipate details you may not have considered, and advocate for you throughout your travels. Our relationships can also unlock preferred benefits, special experiences, and an added level of recognition along the way.
Most importantly, you get to enjoy the exciting parts of planning without carrying the logistics yourself.
Often, yes! Our relationships and preferred partnerships give our travelers access to benefits that aren’t typically available when booking independently. These can include daily breakfast, property or spa credits, priority reservations, room upgrades, early check-in or late checkout, and other special amenities that aren’t publicly advertised.
While credit card and online booking programs can offer valuable benefits, working with a travel advisor adds a much more personalized & human layer to the experience.
Our personal relationships with hotels, destination partners, and on-the-ground teams mean there are real people advocating for your stay and ensuring you’re getting the best possible service, every time. We can communicate preferences, flag special occasions, request priority consideration for upgrades, and reach out directly if an issue arises. Rather than simply making a reservation, we're helping ensure you're looked after from booking through checkout (to your return!)

We believe the best trips do more than take you somewhere beautiful. They create connection, deepen your understanding of a place, and leave you with a renewed sense of perspective.
We love an incredible hotel, but we care just as much about the people you meet, the experiences you have, and the moments that shape how you see the world.
We plan a wide range of trips, from honeymoons and anniversary getaways to multigenerational vacations and group trips, always tailoring the experience to the people traveling and what matters most to them.
As a general rule, we recommend reaching out at least six months before departure. For highly sought-after destinations, limited-inventory experiences, or peak travel periods, beginning 9–12 months ahead can make a meaningful difference in availability and options. For safaris, at least 12 months out is the ideal window to begin planning.
That said, it’s rarely too early to start the conversation. If you have several trips in mind, we can also help think through your travel calendar more broadly and determine how to best optimize your year of travel based on personal calendars, seasonality & any unique cultural experiences happening in each destination.
Yes! When availability allows, we’re happy to help with trips coming together on a shorter timeline. Because last-minute planning often requires significantly more coordination in a compressed period, an additional rush planning fee may apply. This generally applies to trips departing within two months, with a longer lead-time requirement during especially busy holiday and peak travel periods.
We strongly recommend considering travel insurance, particularly for trips that involve a significant upfront investment. The right policy can provide valuable protection against unexpected circumstances such as cancellations, delays, medical situations, or other disruptions. We can connect you with our go-to insurance resource and help point you toward coverage options appropriate for your particular trip when we kick-off the planning process.

Most trips are subject to a planning fee. Following an initial complimentary intro call, a non-refundable Planning & Design Fee is charged to kick-off the planning process. The fee varies depending on the length, complexity, and level of customization you’re seeking and will always be shared before we get started. That said, if you already know where you’d like to stay, hotel only bookings are always complimentary.
Absolutely - if you know where you want to stay, hotel-only bookings are always complimentary. By booking through Off Script, you can tap into our preferred hotel partnerships & VIP perks like free breakfast, hotel credits, room upgrades and more.
Yes. We can source and reserve private villas and homes through our network of trusted rental partners around the world. We prioritize properties that have been professionally vetted so that we can confidently stand behind what we recommend. For that reason, we don’t book properties through platforms that don’t meet our vetting standards such as Airbnb.
Yes. We can assist with Premium Economy, Business Class, and First Class airfare. Our flight desk can research the best routes and fares, handle ticketing, monitor your flights, assist with changes, and provide support in real time in the event of cancellations or disruptions.
Yes. Through trusted private aviation partners & on the ground charter companies, we can coordinate private charters tailored to your itinerary, schedule, preferences, and group needs. Pricing is provided on a custom-quote basis.
We’re unable to book travel directly with points or miles. However, we’re happy to offer guidance on where using points may make sense and can add applicable loyalty numbers to eligible reservations so you can continue earning rewards.
No worries at all. We’re often able to proceed with a “takeover booking” which means no extra cost on your end, but you’ll still get access to any Off Script perks that may apply at that hotel. Simply send us your hotel confirmation and we can take it from there.

PLANNING & SUPPORT

We’ll stay closely connected from the moment we begin planning through your departure. There are several natural touch points along the way, including your initial consultation, proposal review, and a final itinerary walkthrough before you travel. We primarily communicate via email so trip details stay organized in one place, but additional phone and video calls can always be arranged throughout.
And the process can be as collaborative (or hands-off) as you’d like. Some travelers love being involved in every decision, while others prefer to hand us the reins.
Ahead of departure, you’ll receive your finalized itinerary along with all the important confirmations, transportation details, and tickets you’ll need after touchdown.
Yes. Wherever possible, our trusted on the ground destination partners provide local support throughout your trip, whether that’s pivoting the plan for the day due to a storm or adjusting your transportation from one city to the next in the case of a strike. Our team is ready and equipped to jump in and ensure your trip gets back on track so you can enjoy.
Yes. While we cannot complete passport or visa applications on your behalf, we’ll help make sure you have everything you need ahead of your trip such as relevant entry requirements, visa considerations, required documentation, and passport-validity.
